Located near Lake Elizabeth in Central Park, the Teen Center offers unique facilities for meetings, parties, and special events. To get to the Teen Center, turn onto Sailway Drive from Paseo Padre Parkway and then turn left into the second horseshoe-shaped parking lot.
The facilities include:
A main hall, which accommodates 240 for dining or assembly
Two meeting rooms with 50-60 people capacity
LOVELY PATIO - Adjacent to the main hall and perfect for an indoor/outdoor event and or for on site ceremonial use
A commercial kitchen with a six-burner stove, convection oven, large freezer and refrigerator, microwave oven, full-size sinks, and preparation islands

There is a six-hour minimum for a rental. The $275 refundable cleaning and damage deposit and six-hour rental fees are due at the time of booking. Additional hours may be paid closer to the time of the event.

There are also two meeting rooms that can hold 50-60 people that can be added to a full building rental. A commercial kitchen is available for rental to individuals for up to four times a year. Commercial rates are available by contract only. For non-profit group rates, email or call 510-790-5541.
