Public Improvement Projects
In addition to private development, future public improvements include completion of two major interchanges at Interstate 880/ Mission Boulevard, and Interstate 880/ Dixon Landing Road, as well as the widening of Interstate 880 from Warren Avenue south to Dixon Landing Road. Nearly all of the Baylands Business District is within a Redevelopment Project Area.
