A yearly renewal is required for the city's business and registration tax, and the required forms are mailed to all registered businesses. These forms should be completed with the requested information and returned to our office with payment.
Important Note
If your business has closed, you must notify the city in writing of the date of closure. Please sign and date the letter and return it to our office located at:
City of Fremont/Revenue Division
If your business had income or payroll depending on the basis of your particular tax, then you should send payment for your closing gross with the letter. |
