Fremont Hub

 

The Hub

Located at the corner of Fremont Boulevard and Mowry Avenue. Anchors include Bed, Bath & Beyond; Borders; Cafe Bueno Sera; Chili's; Cold Stone Creamery; Cost Plus World Market; Elephant Bar Restaurant; Jacks' Brewing Company; Lane Bryant/Cacique; Long's; Marshall's; Michael's; Office Max; PETsMART; Ross; Safeway; Trader Joe's; and Ulta Cosmetics.        

Washington West Retail

The Shops at Washington West are located at the southeast corner of Mowry Avenue and Paseo Padre Parkway adjacent to Washington Township Hospital and the Gateway Plaza Shopping Center. Robek's Juice, Peet's Coffee, Chipotle Restaurant, Gift Gallery, the Flower Shop, Learning Express Toy Store, Panera Bread, and Strizzi's Restaurant are all open for business.

Pacific Commons

Almost 1 million square feet of retail is located at the intersection of Interstate 880 and Auto Mall Parkway and includes retailers such as Lowe's Home Improvement, Costco, Kohl's Department Store, Office Depot, Party America, DSW Shoes, Justice for Girls, Old Navy, Carters, Baby Hugs, Staples, Joann's Fabrics, Mancini Furniture, Half Price Books, Bassett Furniture, Ritz Camera, GameStop, 3 Day Blinds, Washington Mutual, Ashley Furniture, and Verizon Wireless.

Casual dining to fine dining opportunities abound and include In N Out Burger, Pick Up Stix, Rubio's, Panera Bread, Cold Stone Creamery, Tapioca Express, Premier Pizza, Jamba Juice, Quizinos Subs, Healthy Dessert, Cafe Zen, Keneyama Sushi and Teppanyaki, Vida Y Vino Wine Bistro, Kinder Meats, Claim Jumpers, PF Changs, Carino's Italian Grill, Dickey's Barbeque Pit, Yowswirl Yogurt, and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill.

Fremont has a wonderful array of restaurants, from Afghan to Vietnamese and everything in between including American, Bistro, Café, Deli, French, Italian, Korean, Lebanese, Mexican, Persian, Seafood, Japanese, and Thai. Family outings, casual cafés, and romantic dining appeal will match every pocketbook. Stroll through the Irvington District and enjoy some pastries and coffee, picnic in Mission San Jose District, or grab a slice of pizza as you walk down Niles Boulevard- the Fremont experience awaits you.

  • Marketing & Promotions - Provide brochures, retail promotions, Broker presentations, and eBiz newsletters on Fremont's business climate.
