Abode Services (formerly Tri-City Homeless Coalition or TCHC) provides shelter (22,500 bed-nights) and 24-hour supportive services (including meals, case management, and job counseling) to homeless families and individuals in one of its shelter service programs. Services will be provided at Sunrise Village, BridgeWay Apartments, Winter Relief emergency shelter, and Project Independence.

Domestic Violence Shelter

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

SAVE is a nonprofit agency serving victims of domestic violence and their children. Services include a 24-hour crisis hotline {(510) 794-6055}, emergency shelter, transitional housing, individual counseling, free drop-in support groups, employment and housing assistance, legal assistance, and children's programs. SAVE provides community education and outreach through programs in the local police departments, medical facilities, and high schools.

This program provides meals and bags of food to low-income elderly, children, homeless, and a growing number of working poor. Between 125-160 hot, nutritious meals are served three mornings a week in a warm, friendly, and secure environment.
