Historical Architectural Review Board

Meets the first Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Niles Conference Room, Development Services Center, 39550 Liberty Street. For meeting information, call 510-494-4440.

 

Role

 

HARB reviews and makes decisions regarding architectural design, landscaping and signs for historic resources and buildings other than single family dwellings within historic districts.

 

Members of the Historical Architectural Review Board are required to file an annual Statement of Economic Interests with the City Clerk.
