RECOMMENDATION: Waive full reading and introduce an ordinance to amend Section 3-2708 of Article 7 (Miscellaneous Driving Rules), Chapter 2 (Traffic Regulations) of Title III (Public Safety, Welfare and Morals) in order to add an exception to traffic truck routes for all operator and contractor trucks, including transfer trucks and trucks hauling recyclables coming and going from the Transfer Station/Materials Recovery Facility.
