1.  Adopt a resolution authorizing the filing of an application for Federal Surface Transportation Program Funding for street overlay project and committing the necessary non-federal match for the project and stating the assurance of the City of Fremont to complete the project.

2.  Upon final approval of funding, authorize the City Manager to accept the grant, and appropriate those funds to the street overlay project.
