The Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) will not meet at its regular meeting of September 4, 2008, due to a lack of agenda items. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, October 2, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at the City of Fremont, Council chambers, 3300 Capitol Avenue.
