Melissa Stevenson Dile is the Deputy City Manager. She oversees the City Clerk's Office, and the Human Resources and Information Technology Services departments, and leads the City's organizational development efforts.
Melissa received her bachelor's degree from Mills College in 1991, and her Masters in Public Administration from San Jose State University in 1996.
Prior to joining the City of Fremont, she worked for the City of Morgan Hill in a variety of capacities including Assistant to the City Manager and Acting Human Resources Manager. She was also chosen to participate in the Management Talent Exchange Program sponsored by the Santa Clara County and San Mateo County City Managers' associations and worked on performance management, legislative initiatives and communications for the Santa Clara Valley Water District. |
