Item 1.  T-MOBILE WIRELESS - Nursery Avenue - (PLN2007-00129) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit for an 87-foot stealth monopole (monopine) and accessory equipment cabinet for a wireless telecommunication facility to be located on the north side of Nursery Avenue, between Mission Boulevard and Niles Boulevard, adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad track in the Niles Planning Area.  A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project.
