WARM SPRINGS VILLAGE TENTATIVE MAP CONDITION AMENDMENT - 48921 Warm Springs Boulevard - (PLN2006-00151) - to consider an amendment to Condition of Approval #6 of Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7693 to require receipt of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) conditional letter of map revision (CLOMR) prior to building permit issuance instead of prior to final map approval. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was previously circulated and adopted for this project.

Item 4. SPRINT LEXUS MONOPOLE - 5600 Cushing Parkway - (PLN2007-00231) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit for a 50-foot high monopole located at the Lexus dealership at 5600 Cushing Parkway in the Industrial Planning Area. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under Section 15303, New Construction.

Item 5. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project.
