Item 1. SABERCAT NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER - Sabercat Road - (PLN2006-00153) - to consider a rezoning of a 12.2-acre site from a commercial precise Planned District P-2000-5 and City-initiated Preliminary Planned District, to mixed-use Preliminary and Precise Planned District P-2006-153, in conjunction with a Tentative Tract Map (TTM 7816) for condominium purposes and a Preliminary Grading Plan, to allow the construction and use of a new vertical mixed-use project (commercial and residential) consisting of 158 dwelling units and approximately 55,472 square feet of retail at the northeast corner of Sabercat Road and Durham Road. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project.
