Item 1. LURENE DRIVE TOWN HOMES - 220-310 Lurene Drive - (PLN2007-00207) – to consider a General Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential 2 to 3.5 dwelling units per acre to Medium Density Residential 11 to 15 dwelling units per acre, a rezoning of the 3.74 acre site from R-1-20 (H-1) to a Preliminary and Precise Planned District (P-2007-207), with a Vesting Tentative Tract Map (TTM 7916), a Preliminary Grading Plan, and a Private Street to allow for the construction of a 54-unit townhouse development at 220 to 310 Lurene Drive in the Mission San Jose Planning Area. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project.

Item 2. FIRE STATION #2 - 37299 Niles Boulevard - (PLN2005-00316) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow the City to develop a new, approximately 7,650 square foot, fire station to be located at 37299 Niles Boulevard in the Niles Planning Area to replace the existing Fire Station #2 now located at 37645 Second Street. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was previously prepared and approved for this project.
