2007 ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION REQUEST for LOGAN PARK - 38200 LOGAN DRIVE  - (PLN2007-00274) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 36-unit residential condominium conversion for individual ownership of units within an existing multiple-unit development located in the Centerville Planning Area.  Building and site improvements are proposed to improve aesthetics and for compliance with the condominium conversion ordinance (e.g., restoration and repair of building, enhancement of landscape and open space areas, hardscape improvements, among others).  This project is categorically exempt per CEQA Guideline 15301, Existing Facilities.  (Continued from 11/8/07)

Decoto Villas Tract Map - 3853 & 3871 Decoto Road - (pln2006-00032) - to consider Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7807 and a Private Street for the subdivision of 0.85 acres into sixteen townhome lots, associated common area lots and a private street. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been previously circulated and adopted for this project.

MISSION OLIVE HOMES – 42000 PASEO PADRE PARKWAY, 1435 & 1507 OLIVE AVENUE and MENTO TERRACE – (PLN2008-00014) - to consider a Preliminary and Precise Planned District, Tentative Tract Map (TTM 7924), and Preliminary Grading Plan for a ten-lot single-family residential subdivision (six new residences and four existing residences) located in the Mission San Jose Planning Area.  A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated.
