NOTICE:  ITEMS ON THE PUBLIC HEARING CALENDAR MAY BE MOVED TO THE CONSENT CALENDAR IF NO ONE IS PRESENT TO SPEAK ON THE ITEMS.  ALL APPLICANTS AND INTERESTED PERSONS ARE ADVISED TO BE PRESENT AT THE START OF THE MEETING.

 

Item 1.  MANN REZONING PROJECT - 38765 MISSION BOULEVARD - (PLN2006-00084) - to consider an application for a Rezoning 0.50 acre parcel of land on Mission Boulevard from R-G-29, Garden Apartment Residence District to R-3-18, Multi-family Residential District in the Central Planning Area.  This project is exempt from environmental review per Guideline 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act, which applies when the activity has no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.

PLN2006-00084 Mann Rezoning

 

Item 2.  TENTATIVE MAP EXTENSION - 1238 Deer Road - (PLN2008-00168) - to consider a one year Tentative Tract Map extension of Map #7250 for a five lot subdivision located in the Niles Planning Area.  A Mitigated Negative Declaration was previously prepared and adopted for the original Tentative Tract Map.

Recommended Action:  Approve, based on findings and subject to conditions.

Item 3.  AMENDMENTS TO THE PRELIMINARY PLANS FOR THE CONSTITUENT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS  -  IRVINGTON, NILES, CENTERVILLE AND INDUSTRIAL - (PLN2008-00175) - to consider a resolution to adopt the proposed Amendments to the Preliminary Plans for the Constituent Redevelopment Project Areas as the initial step required by the California Community Redevelopment Law to begin the process of amending the Fremont Merged Redevelopment Project Area Redevelopment Plan.
