Item 1. 2007 ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION REQUEST FOR LOGAN PARK - 38200 Logan Drive - (PLN2007-00274) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 36-unit residential condominium conversion for individual ownership of units within an existing multiple-unit development located in Centerville Planning Area. Building and site improvements are proposed to improve aesthetics and for compliance with the condominium conversion ordinance (e.g., restoration and repair of building, enhancement of landscape and open space areas, hardscape improvements, among others). This project is categorically exempt per CEQA Guide 15301, Existing Facilities.
