NOTICE:  ITEMS ON THE PUBLIC HEARING CALENDAR MAY BE MOVED TO THE CONSENT CALENDAR IF NO ONE IS PRESENT TO SPEAK ON THE ITEMS.  ALL APPLICANTS AND INTERESTED PERSONS ARE ADVISED TO BE PRESENT AT THE START OF THE MEETING.

Item 1.  2007 ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION REQUEST FOR LOGAN PARK - 38200 Logan Drive - (PLN2007-00274) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 36-unit residential condominium conversion for individual ownership of units within an existing multiple-unit development located in Centerville Planning Area.  Building and site improvements are proposed to improve aesthetics and for compliance with the condominium conversion ordinance (e.g., restoration and repair of building, enhancement of landscape and open space areas, hardscape improvements, among others).  This project is categorically exempt per CEQA Guide 15301, Existing Facilities.

Item 2.  COLLINA VISTA (SOLSTICE) - 2400/2450 Durham Road - (PLN2006-00274) - to consider a Preliminary and Precise Planned District, P-2006-274, a tentative tract map (Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7931) for condominium purposes and Preliminary Grading Plan for the development of 48 dwelling units on a 3.85-acre site located at the southeast corner Durham Road and Interstate 680 in the Mission San Jose Planning Area.  A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for the project.
