Item 1.  ARDENWOOD PARK & RIDE LOT EXPANSION - 34805 Ardenwood Boulevard - (PLN2008-00128) - to consider a Major Amendment to Planned District P-89-2 and a Preliminary Grading Plan to demolish a miniature golf/go-kart racing facility and parking lot and construct a new commuter park-and-ride lot and transit facility located in the Northern Plain Planning Area.  This project is exempt per CEQA Guideline 15275 (Minor Extension of Existing Transit Facilities).
