BEARD ROAD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - 3071/3093 Beard Road - (PLN2005-00241) - to consider a General Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential 3-5 dwelling units/acre to Low Density Residential 5-7 dwelling units/acre, a Rezone from Single-Family Residence R-1-10 to Single-Family Residence R-1-6, in conjunction with the establishment of a Planned Unit Development, and Tentative Parcel Map 9536 allowing a single-family corner lot to be subdivided into two parcels in the Northern Plain Planning Area. A Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
