Item 1.  2007 ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION REQUEST FOR LOGAN PARK38200 LOGAN DRIVE – (PLN2007-00274) – to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 36-unit residential condominium conversion for individual ownership of units within an existing multiple-unit development located in the Centerville Planning Area.  Building and site improvements are proposed to improve aesthetics and for compliance with the condominium conversion ordinance (e.g., restoration and repair of building, enhancement of landscape and open space areas, hardscape improvements, among others).  This project is categorically exempt per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline 15301, Existing Facilities.

Item 2.  OLD SCHOOL CONDOMINIUM TENTATIVE TRACT MAP – 43551 MISSION BOULEVARD – (PLN2006-00233)to consider a Tentative Tract Map #7965 to permit a condominium conversion on one lot for 11 live-work units within an underlying four-lot subdivision located in the Mission San Jose Planning Area.  In November 2007, the Planning Commission approved the Conditional Use Permit for the Conversion of the existing 11 live-work units to condominium form of ownership.  This project is categorically exempt per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline 15301, Existing Facilities.
