Item 1. CROWN HOMES RDA PARCEL - 37605 FREMONT BOULEVARD - (PLN2004-00231) - Find and report to the City Council whether the disposal of a remainder of a Redevelopment Agency-owned larger parcel (former "Haller's Parcel") located at in the Centerville Planning Area, which was acquired and used in part for street purposes, is in conformance with the General Plan as required by Government Code 65402. The unused remainder parcel is included in a 27-unit residential Planned District development the Planning Commission recommended in April 2008. The Finding action requested before the Planning Commission is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act.

UNION STREET TRACT MAP EXTENSION - 3536 UNION STREET - (PLN2008-00317) - to consider a Tentative Tract Map Extension to Tract Map 7789 to construct 12 townhomes located in the Irvington Planning Area. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and previously approved for this project.

IRVINGTON FARMERS MARKET - CHAPEL AVENUE (BETWEEN BAY STREET AND IRVINGTON AVENUE) - (PLN2008-00335) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to temporarily move the Irvington Farmers Market from Bay Street to Chapel Avenue between Bay Street and Irvington Avenue in the Irvington Planning Area. This project is categorically exempt under California Environmental Quality Act Guideline 15304, Class 4, Minor Alteration to Land.
