Item 1.  LI PARCEL MAP -140 TELLES LANE - (PLN2008-00092) - to consider a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 9537 to subdivide a 32,356 square foot (0.74 acre) parcel into two single-family residential lots, and a Private Street request to improve a portion of Telles Lane, an existing private street, in the Mission San Jose Planning Area.  This project is categorically exempt under California Environmental Quality Act Guideline 15315, Minor Land Divisions, and Guideline 15304, Minor Alterations to Land.

Item 3.  TEMPORARY FIRE STATION #11 - 46355 LANDING PARKWAY - (PLN2008-00340) - to consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow the City to locate a temporary fire station on a developed industrial site located in the Industrial Planning Area.  The facility would consist of a 1,440 square foot modular building for crew quarters and a 1,350 square foot sprung membrane structure for the fire engine.  This project is categorically exempt under California Environmental Quality Act Guideline 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
