Item 1.  CENTRAL PARK SOUTH – 41075 Railroad Avenue – (PLN2005-00131) – to consider a General Plan Amendment from Light Industrial to Residential Medium 11 to 15 units per acre, Residential High 35 to 50 units per acre, and Private Open Space, rezoning from Light Industrial to Preliminary and Precise Planned District P-2005-131, Development Agreement, Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7910, Preliminary Grading Plan, Private Street Plan, and General Vacation to abandon High Street and Main Street east of the former Union Pacific Railroad tracks to develop a 13± acre site with 145 detached townhomes and a 40-unit multi-family apartment building in the Irvington planning area. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for this project in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
