On Friday, May 17, the City of Fremont proudly celebrated the opening of Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments, 89 new affordable rental units for seniors! This new complex, built in partnership with Eden Housing, is located at 47003 Mission Falls Court in Fremont’s Warm Springs area and named after Pauline Weaver, a longtime Fremont resident, previous Fremont Planning Commissioner, and Eden Housing Board Member who has devoted her career to providing affordable housing for the community. The complex includes a community room, common courtyard, community gardens, a computer lab, and bike storage.

Residents have already been selected for Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments, but those interested in future affordable housing opportunities can sign up for the City’s Affordable Housing Interest Lists. Subscribers will be notified when affordable housing opportunities become available. For more information, please contact the City’s Housing Division at 510-494-4500 or via email
