The mission of the Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) is to improve the quality of life and strengthen individuals, teens and families through services and activities.
The FRC is centrally located where families of all kinds can find resources and services that are of value to them. Over 25 different nonprofit, state, county, and city agencies are co-located at the FRC, 39155 Liberty Street, to provide a host of integrated services.
