FRC Poster
The FRC is reprinting our beautiful, four-color poster and making it available to Tri-City organizations. Two years ago, the FRC launched the poster to increase outreach efforts. The poster lists FRC services in four languages and with original artwork, some of which you'll see in our Scoop banner.
If your organization would like a poster, you can request one now. A limited supply is available. We're looking for organizations who support individuals and families in Fremont, Union City or Newark. To request a poster, contact FRC Admin Davinder Atwal and provide your name, organization, address, phone number and mission statement or description of audience served. Posters will be available next month.

My story begins like this: I have always been a workaholic for as long as I can remember. [read more]

Alcoholic Energy Drinks
In recent years, the energy drink industry has added a new and enticing ingredient to their product - alcohol. Ok, so mixing a stimulant and a depressant together in one can seemed like a good idea to them. More disturbingly, marketing this directly to youth seemed like a really good idea. I guess if you're driven by cash and not by morals, then they are good ideas. [read more]
