Mission

 
The Fremont FRC is a welcoming place where families and individuals are nurtured, encouraged, and provided quality services to build on their own strengths to help themselves and others.
 
The FRC is centrally located where families of all kinds can find resources and services that are of value to them. Over 25 different nonprofit, state, county, and city agencies are co-located at the FRC, 39155 Liberty Street, to provide a host of integrated services.
 

Guiding Principles

 
FRC agencies employ a set of guiding principles in serving individuals and families who come to the center.
