Social Services Grant Program

The City of Fremont Social Services Grants Program provides funds to many local, non-profit agencies. Grant funds help provide a prevention safety net to persons facing a variety of life issues.  Non-profit agencies who receive grant funds provide services to help adults, children, and families in need of special assistance.

Social Service Grants

Social Services provided by these non-profit organizations help address circumstances such as hunger and malnutrition, homelessness, unemployment, lack of health care, domestic violence, isolation due to disabilities, lack of needed childcare, and many other problems.
