Affordable Housing Developments

The City of Fremont assists in the the development of several new affordable housing units. Many of those units result from the passage of the City's new Inclusionary Housing Ordinance, which requires that at least 15% of all new residential projects be maintained as affordable. Other projects yield a higher percentage of affordable units, dramatically increasing the City's affordable housing stock.
