We've got the right tools! With an entire toolbox of ideas on hand, the City is building better neighborhoods one home at a time - starting with yours! If your home needs improvements, low interest loans and grants are available through the City to get you off to the right start. Please see below for more information.

Loans

The maximum loan amount is $60,000 at below market interest rates. Loan repayments can be deferred.

Grants

Grants are also available for minor home repairs. However, homes must meet basic health and safety codes before any grant funds can be used. Grants range from $2,000 to $5,000.
