Receiving a Notice From Community Preservation

If you received a notice from Community Preservation and you have questions about it, please call the number listed on the notice.  The consequences for not taking the action listed on the notice can include penalties, so please do not disregard the instructions. 
 
If you received the notice in error, be sure to call the listed number so that we can correct our records.
 
If you choose to appeal the City's action stated in the notice, you must file the appeal within the timeline stated on the notice. Please follow the directions on the notice to file your appeal.
