Volunteers


Enjoy and be a part of an active senior community with over 200 volunteers.
  • Kitchen helpers are needed for morning coffee, lunch and dinner.
  • Office helpers are needed to answer phones, schedule appointments, help with trip arrangements, and advise on resources.
  • Ticket sellers are needed to provide meal tickets.
  • Volunteers with special skills or interests are needed for fundraising, marketing, graphic art work on flyers and publications, and special events
  • To volunteer, visit the Senior Center office at 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway Map to Senior Center and pick up an application.
  • Visit the www.volunteermatch.org/ website for additional volunteer opportunities.

Facilities Rental

Take a look at our newly painted and renovated building! Both the dining room and Wing "A" also have beautiful bamboo floors for dancing and other activities.

  • There are 3 rooms for rent evenings and weekends for parties of 25 - 300. 
  • Prices range from $65 - $100 per hour (minimum 6 hours) + refundable deposit of $250. 
  • Rentals include use of tables and chairs to accommodate your guests. 
  • Kitchen facilities, including ice, are available upon request for a fee. 
  • Sound systems available in all rooms.
  • Rental Business is conducted during these hours: 
        -  Monday and Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
        -  Friday, noon - 3 p.m.
  • Events can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.
