Shelter Against Violent Environments (SAVE) is a nonprofit agency serving victims of domestic violence and their children. Services include a 24 hour crisis hotline (510) 794-6055, emergency shelter, transitional housing, individual counseling and free drop-in support groups, employment and housing assistance, legal assistance and children's programs. SAVE provides community education and outreach through programs in the local police departments, medical facilities and high schools. |
