Street Sweeping

City streets are swept once per month on a fixed schedule based on the day of the month (e.g. 1st  Monday, 2nd Thursday), not on a specific recurring date.

What Should I do on Street Sweeping Day?

The City depends on residents to voluntarily move vehicles in order for the street to be swept most efficiently.

What Day is My Street Swept?

There are three easy ways to find out the day your street is swept:

Did You Know?

Did you know that street sweeping takes 25% of the City's in-house street maintenance effort?  The City spends almost $1 million per year on street sweeping, assigning 1,100 labor days (9,900 hours) each year to this work activity.

Office Hours

Maintenance Services Division office hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. City offices are closed on state and national holidays. View the holidays observed.
