Get Out and Do Something Good!

Do you want to make a difference in your community or neighborhood? One of the best ways to do this is to volunteer.

The City Volunteer Program has both short term and ongoing volunteer opportunities for individuals, as well as groups.  Teens, adults, seniors,  business owners, families, faith organizations, clubs, youth groups, and service organizations, among others  can find meaningful volunteer work with the City.

Helping Hands

Here are three ways to search for Volunteer Opportunities:
The City of Fremont now posts its volunteer opportunities on the VolunteerMatch website, along with hundreds of non-profit organizations. Volunteer Match contains multiple listings of volunteer opportunities in the Fremont community and nationwide.

You can either find volunteer opportunities on the Volunteer Match web site for yourself or your group; or post volunteer opportunities on the web site for your non-profit or faith organization, at no cost.

For further information contact Volunteer Services at 510-790-6691.
