When are fees due?

If plan review is required, the plan review fee is determined and paid at the time of permit issuance.  Staff calculates all other itemized permit and application fees at this time and payment of these fees is required prior to permit issuance.

If you have any questions about the applicability of Fire Code Review and Permit Fees to your project, please contact the Development Services Center at (510) 494-4443.
