Standard details provide guidance to staff, homeowners and developers for designing and constructing improvements within the City's right-of-way. The standard details give assurance that the street improvements will be done with quality, strength, effectiveness, durability, safety, engineering practicability, and will not result in future problems for the public in terms of maintenance. The standard details include details from engineering, traffic, and landscape. The Standard Details shall be used in conjunction with the City of Fremont Municipal Codes, Development Policies and the current City of Fremont Standard Specifications.
