Zoning Districts
The establishment of zoning districts in the Zoning Ordinance, such as residential and commercial/industrial districts, provide regulations regarding permitted, conditionally permitted, or specifically prohibited land uses and development standards for structures and land, depending on its location within the City. The designated zoning district for a particular structure or site is shown in the City's Zoning Maps.
