The Fremont Family Resource Center will one again host Money Smart, a 6-week financial education course developed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. -- this time with a twist. In the past, the Family Resource Center has offered Money Smart in English. Now, reaching out to Fremont's Chinese population, the course, which begins Wednesday, Oct. 3, will be taught in Mandarin.
