Fitness and Gym Instructor

Starts between $10.68 - $15.02 per hour (ASIII)

Job Description

Lead an 8 - 10 week program each session, which may include Tiny Munchkins, Little Tot Playgym, Little Tumblers, Beginner Fitness & Gym, Cheerleading and Rhythmic movement. Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment, maintain current rosters and city forms.  Test and recommend appropriate levels of placement.  May be responsible for supervision.  Attend staff meetings and training sessions and annual recitals.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of basic spotting techniques for fitness, tumbling and body movement.
  • May be required to work Saturdays.
  • One year minimum teaching experience
