Cheerleading Instructor

Salary starts from $10.68 - $11.77 (ASIII)

Job Description 

Develop and implement a 7 week cheerleading program.  Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment.  Maintain rosters. Attend staff training and meetings as required. This instructor will prepare the participants for the June Dance Recitals.   Assist and work in citywide events if necessary.  Enforce City policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic techniques.  Must have jumping and mounting experience and be able to teach cheer with music incorporated in routines.
  • One year minimum teaching experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
