The following holidays are observed by Allied Waste:
New Year's Day (January 1)
Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25)
On those days, collection takes place one day later for the remainder of the week up to, and including, Saturday.
For example, if a holiday falls on Monday, service will take place on Tuesday. Tuesday scheduled pick-ups will then be picked up on Wednesday and so forth.
Normal schedules will resume the following week.
