What is a fire code permit and do I need one?
A permit from the Fremont Fire Department is required to conduct specific activities, operations, practices or functions within the City of Fremont.
The most commonly issued permits include:
Assembly (seating of 50 or more people)
Auto Repair
Dust Producing Equipment
Flammable Liquid Storage
High-Piled Stock
Liquid Propane Gas Storage
Spray Booth
Welding
