Homeowners doing their own work in their homes can now request building permits in the field for:
- Replacement of water heaters, water piping or gas piping.
- Bathroom or kitchen remodel work not involved with any structural modifications.
This new service will streamline the permitting process for homeowners and save them a trip to City Hall for a building permit.
