Listed below are the Planning permits that are typically requested by the public. If you don't find what you need or need more information, please contact the Development Services Center at 510-494-4443.

All of these applications (with the exception of daycare home permits and home occupation permits) require that you complete a Planning Application Form. A blank copy of this form can be obtained by clicking on the icon below.
