Lot Line Adjustments

Why do I need this permit?

Lot Line Adjustments
The purpose of the lot line adjustment procedure is to facilitate approval of minor changes in lot lines between parcels of land shown on recorded subdivision maps, parcel maps or records of survey, when the changes do not result in an increased number of parcels.

Lot Combinations
The purpose of the lot combination procedure is to allow an owner of two or more bordering lots to combine them into one lot without a subdivision map.
