Tentative Tract Map

Why do I need this permit?

The purpose of tentative tract maps is to ensure the subdivision of land of five parcels or more occurs consistent with the California Subdivision Map Act and the Fremont Subdivision Ordinance.  Tentative tract map review is concerned, among other things, with design, improvements, and survey data for subdivisions as well as the form and content of subdivision maps.
