Fremont Boulevard will be completely closed to through traffic at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in the Centerville district (between Baine Avenue and Peralta Boulevard).  This closure is scheduled to occur through the weekend beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, October 16, 2006. 

 

Union Pacific will be working on a project to repair the railroad tracks.  Access to driveways will not be impacted and local traffic can still access business driveways along Fremont Boulevard.  However, through traffic on Fremont Boulevard will be detoured to Paseo Padre Parkway via Peralta Boulevard and Thornton Avenue.
