If you observe a hazardous building condition or nuisance please call 510-494-4400 during working hours.
 
Hazards of imminant nature should be reported via 911 during non-business hours.  You can use the Report a Hazard/Nuisance form to notify us also.

Some possible Construction hazards:
  • Items falling from a building not in Hard Hat area.
  • Unstable scaffolding.
  • Oil leaks.
