Call the City's Street Light Repair program at 800-544-4876, or complete an online repair form.
When reporting outages, please be prepared to provide the following information to assure timely repair of the correct pole:
- The street light pole number. The number is located on the street side of the pole, about 8 feet up from the base. (This is the most important piece of information.)
- The address of the pole.
- The nearest cross street.
- Whether the light totally fails to go on, or if it flickers, or goes on and off randomly.
